By accessing and using NextServer ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

NextServer is a restaurant server rotation and table assignment system that provides real-time management tools for restaurants and food service establishments.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to take unlawful actions

• Interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

5. Payment and Billing

For paid plans, payment is required in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with 30 days notice.
